Dear Members,
I have voted against the by-laws because the proper procedure of working with the bylaw committee was not followed. Bylaws are there to direct the board and membership, They provide a frame work to articulate with the membership. If these are not followed than we have lost the majority of our voices as a member organization. My opinion.
